2014-06-13. International workshop “Green Coastal Tourism: Networking and Delivering Expertise” has been announced.
Workshop will be
– organized within the conference’s framework on September 23 to 24, 2014 in Klaipeda, Lithuania;
– dedicated to municipal leaders and experts that are in charge of environmental management and / or tourism development in coastal municipalities around the Baltic Sea;
– moderated by Albert Salman (CMU–EUCC, QualityCoast), prof. Ramunas Povilanskas (EUCC Baltic Office, Klaipeda University), and Suzanne van der Veeken (Green Destinations).
Participants shall gain latest insights in sustainable coastal tourism, and learn how to make coastal municipalities more attractive to visitors. It is the first event in the series of training events on combining environmental management and tourism development in coastal municipalities. 14-04-10. We happy to announce that Littoral’2014 will be organized in cooperation with 3rd International conference EastLink 2014 “The way to know knowledge economy”. EastLink’2014 conference aimed to attract business support organizations, science institutions and enterprises for constructive dialogue achieving the goals of Blue growth strategy. The topical sessions ‘Coastal management and aquaculture’ and ‘Coastal fisheries management’ will be organized as joint events.
